1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Ceymox Sentinel ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Ceymox Sentinel is a SaaS platform that provides real-time monitoring, health checks, security scanning, and analytics for ecommerce stores (Magento, WooCommerce, and other platforms). The Service collects aggregated technical and sales metrics from your store via an installed module.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@ceymox.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Subscription and Billing
Ceymox Sentinel offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
6. Data Collection
The Ceymox Sentinel module installed on your store collects aggregated, anonymized technical and operational metrics (e.g., response times, error rates, sales totals, inventory levels). No personally identifiable information (PII) of your customers is transmitted to our servers. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by Ceymox and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Use of the Service is at your sole risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ceymox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Your continued use after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
